Our Story
Sarabeliz founder Franchelle Leggett is a visionary entrepreneur whose journey began in the janitorial industry, where she built a successful cleaning service from the ground up. Her drive and commitment to excellence led her to expand into the trucking and tax industries, earning recognition for her leadership, innovation, and ability to develop businesses with purpose and heart.

But amid all her success, one dream always stood out — the dream that wasn’t just hers, but her mother’s, Elizabeth Leggett-Felder.

Franchelle’s mother was the foundation of her family: a woman full of love, joy, and deep-rooted Southern values. Her greatest wish was to one day create something the whole family could build together, especially a restaurant where love and food brought people close. After her mother’s passing, Franchelle felt a calling to bring that vision to life.
That calling led to the birth of Sarabeliz, a family-centered brand named in honor of three generations: her daughter, her niece, and her mother. Wanting to fulfill their mother’s dream together, Franchelle partnered with her sister, Elizabeth E., to launch Sarabeliz Treats, the first branch under the Sarabeliz brand.

With deep Louisiana roots, Sarabeliz is all about tradition, warmth, and meals made from scratch, just like Mom used to make. Each dish is crafted with the same love, faith, and spirit that defined their mother’s life and continues to shape their family's legacy.
